Continuing our tradition of supporting worthy causes during the Holiday Season, VION and its employees have volunteered services and made donations on behalf of “VION Friends and Family” to four organizations working to improve the lives of families in the United States.

VION has named Morten Kucey as Senior Managing Director. Kucey will play a key role in expanding VION’s relationships and product offerings across the industry to originate and help structure new opportunities.

VION has partnered with Gordon Brothers in the purchase of a substantial portion of Armstrong Flooring Inc.’s assets.
