Receivable Factoring
Spot Factoring: VION will buy a single pool on a spot basis to accelerate cash flow for a specific purpose (make an acquisition, pay a debt, pay taxes, balance sheet management) or to exit a discontinued operation or liquidating division.
Flow Factoring: VION will buy ongoing originations of commercial and consumer receivables to support working capital needs of companies "in transition." Start-up companies, debtors-in-possession, turnarounds, bank workouts can all benefit from an appropriately structured factoring facility.
We specialize in working with companies in unique industries or in special situations with specialized receivables that makes them unable to qualify for traditional lenders.
Liquidation Bids
We provide cash offers for pools of receivable assets being liquidated in 363 Bankruptcy Sales or Article 9 Secured Lender sales. We will provide stalking horse bids. All categories of consumer and commercial receivables are evaluated for purchase. Eligible pools must justify a minimum purchase price of 5MM.
Distressed Debt
If you are a secured lender or unsecured lender with a loan in a deteriorating situation, VION will consider buying your position at a discount, saving you the restructuring or liquidation process. Purchases can be static pools (one time transactions) or ongoing flows (weekly or monthly purchases). Transactions must justify a 25MM purchase price. All industries considered. Companies must have a core business worth saving and management in place.
